What Will My Online Retreat Look Like?

 

We've designed a retreat schedule designed to take you deeper into your meditation practice without being overwhelming. Our expert teachers will support you with talks, q&a, and practice.

 

Here are a few tips to help you set yourself up for success.:

  • It's helpful to create a physical space where you will be relatively uninterrupted.  The act of creating this space is a powerful step in creating room for new insights and ease to arise.
  • No prior meditation or retreat experience is required.  Your teachers will guide you through the process.
  • A daily rhythm is very helpful during retreat.  In live retreats, we often ring a bell as we gather periodically throughout the day.  You might consider setting up a rhythm for yourself with gentle reminders in your phone.
  • Be gentle with yourself.  You can't do this wrong.  This is a gift you're giving yourself.
